Quality Control Management
Wonder Tech process under the guidance of the ISO9001 system and IPC-A-610E standard, improves the supply chain management level, and provides customers with high-quality product manufacturing services. We strictly control PCBA board design, DFM inspection, PCBA manufacturing, quality control points in testing and personnel training to form a set of quality management system.
DFM Inspection
- Check the following items of customer design PCB, BOM, schematic diagram, finished product assembly manual: File version and the last update time
- BOM including manufacturer’s brand and part number, description
- Confirm the PCB production process: material, board thickness, copper thickness, number of layers, surface treatment, character color and special process
- Reasonable PCB layer and PCB Panel method
- Provide the correct SMT pick & place file
- Complete burning program and functional testing requirements
- Clear finished product assembly instruction
- Other special process requirements
- Kick-off Meeting for Major Projects
- Organize sales dept, engineering dept, production dept, purchasing dept and quality dept to hold a kick-off meeting:
- Introduce the customer’s project background, product application range, delivery date and special requirements in detail
- Clarify the production batch, production qty and delivery schedule
- Assess the process difficulty and key quality control points of the project
- Clarify the procurement cycle of PCB and electronic components
- Preparation of jigs, fixtures and special materials required in the production process
PCB Production
- We strictly control the following quality key points of PCB fabrication
- High-quality board from reputed printed circuit board suppliers
- Can support electrical test, and we can test based on different requirements of customers.
Procurement Of Electronic components
- 100% purchase according to the brand and material number specified in the customer’s BOM (unless the customer agrees to purchase other alternative materials)
- Purchasing materials through official channels such as agents and traders
- Have advantage of centralized procurement, obtain a shorter procurement cycle, the latest production year, stocking advantages
IQC Incoming Inspection
- PCB: Thickness, vias, pads, silkscreen, warping degree, circuits, soldermask, etc;
- Components: Part-number, and silkscreen of the incoming electronic components are consistent with the BOM
- Randomly check the resistance and capacitance of incoming electronic components, and compare them with the BOM
- Check the surface of incoming electronic components for scratches, deformation, broken or short feet and other appearance defects
Component Storage and Solder Paste Printing
- Store sensitive components in a professional constant temperature and humidity box
- Baking 2-12 hours for some PCB/IC/BGA with strict requirements to enhance solderability
- Using first-line brand solder paste
- Make high-quality steel mesh
- Equipped with a fully automatic solder paste printing machine to ensure the consistency and reliability of solder paste printing in the mass production process
SMT Chip Processing
- Adopt advanced high-speed automatic SMT placement machine, the precision is up to 01005
- Equipped with an electric feeder to reduce the rate of throwing materials and the probability of failure warning
- Support mainstream chip types, such as QFN, SOP, SOT, TSOP, QFP, BGA, PLCC
- Equipped with 10 temperature zone reflow soldering
- Use AOI machine to detect wrong parts, missing parts, reverse, false welding and other defects in batches
- Use X-Ray to inspect BGA chip
- Through-hole (THT) processing
- Strict Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) instructions
- Equipped with 2 plug-in production lines to meet the needs of mass production
- Program Burning & Functional Testing
- We provide various electronic testing services and can make test jigs
- Will follow the testing instruction and remain the test report
- Inspection & Package
- Ultrasonic washer or manual washer of the board surface
- 100% visual inspection before delivery
- PCBA is carefully packaged with anti-static bags and cardboards to prevent damage
